72 % and Counting - a Slightly Late Friday Update

Ok, really, the only writing news is the steady progression through Plague of Locusts. I'm now 72% through the second draft. Reading through chapters I'd written quite a while ago, and though (so far) they've all worked for me and seemed appropriate, there was more I wanted to say sometimes, so the scenes expanded. The manuscript's up to 92,800 words already.

Like I said, no major news last week aside from this, that I can remember. Been doing some renovations to the kitchen. Almost done! Coming out nice. And, of course, the 2016 Academy Awards presentation is next Sunday. Always something to look forward to.
